Health & Safety Procedures
Troop 964B Train Show will be applying the following procedures to our 2023 event. Please continuously check back, as our procedures may be revised to reflect the current state of the country, state and county as well as guidance as set by the CDC, state or facility.
If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend. If any member of your household tests positive for, or is suspected of having a communicable disease, at the time of our event, please do not attend our event. If you purchased tickets, or registered for the Train Show merit badge prior to positive test results or illness please contact our Train Show team via the Contact Us page to request a refund.
Train Show Policies & Procedures
- Masks are optional for all attendees and staff.
- Please respect the choice of all attendees to wear, or not wear a mask at this event.
- There will be cleaning and disinfection procedures in high-traffic areas.
- Adequate signage will be placed throughout the event reminding attendees to regularly wash hands and social distance.
- Hand sanitizing stations will be placed throughout the venue space.
- Additional safety guidelines for staff and volunteers will be taken.
