Troop 964B is very appreciative of Lake Ridge Middle School for hosting our 2024 Train Show!
This show is open to the general public and showcases model trains of every size and scale in displays both large and small. We also offer a Railroading Merit Badge workshop for Scouts and collectible limited edition custom railroad cars available for purchase. Our Club Car is also open, serving hot, fresh food for breakfast and lunch featuring drinks, snacks, meals and baked goods.

Features in our General Show
Train clubs from across the east coast will be bringing displays to the Troop 964 Train Show. These displays range in size and scale offering a fun and unique experience to see so many trains in one place. See a full listing of the clubs that will be in attendance with displays here! Our show will feature:
- Several large HO DCC controlled layouts that fill the entire gymnasium!
- Large N scale displays
- Interactive Lionel Layout
- Additional displays of G live steam, N/O/S/T/Z scales
- A massive LEGO LAYOUT fills half of the cafeteria
Railroading Merit Badge Class
Troop 964B offers a workshop on both Saturday and Sunday, during the annual Train Show, where Scouts can earn the Railroading Merit Badge. Scouts from ANY troop can register for the workshop. Please register early as spots fill quickly and only a limited number of scouts can attend.

Store, Games & More!
Our Train Show store offers custom Accurail Train Cars, our collectible Train Show patches and other Train Show keepsakes! Kids can spend time enjoying the displays AND get hands on with many train related activities and games! You can even purchase a box car, build it at the show and have the opportunity to run it on PWMRC’s layout
Our Club Car offers Hot meals!
Show visitors and scouts can find a hearty warm breakfast, such as our signature Trainwreck to start their day at our Club Car! See our Menu of available options.
After a long visit to our many displays, or taking our Merit Badge Class, you can also purchase a hot lunch, chips, drink or baked good from our scout staffed Club Car. Keep fueled for a full day of fun!
